BONNIE-LYNNE WINICK January 2, 1943 - May 7, 2016 Mom’s goal these past few years had always been to go home, and now that’s exactly where she is. She’s at home in the arms of her Heavenly Father and finally pain free. Mom is survived by her children Ron, Sher and Brian, and countless family members and friends.
Special thank you to all of the loving nurses and staff who have taken such good care of her during these past few years. She will be greatly missed by us all!

Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • I just looked up Buddy and Bonnie to try to reconnect after many years and we are sorry to hear of their passing. We are grateful for their friendship and care the short time we were in Winnipeg and will always remember the part they played in our relationship and marriage. As mentors and leaders they have now gone before us to their heavenly reward. We now offer these very late but heartfelt condolences to Ron, Sheri, and Brian, and to Buddy’s sister’s family, the Steins. We are still in California so if any of the family would want to contact us, you can email me at robertkurtzart@gmail.com. I have especially wanted to talk to Ron because I believe I misled him on an important issue many years ago - Posted by: Bob and Janice Kurtz (Friends from Winnipeg) on: May 11, 2026

  • Ron, Sher, Bryan and families: We have just learned of the passing of your Mom and want to send our condolences and prayers. Your parents were dear friends of ours when we were in Winnipeg and over the years since that time. I shared several phone calls with your Mom during her hospital stay, and especially at the passing of your Dad. It seemed that our conversations were often cut short as she had caregivers come to her bedside, and I lapsed in calling her related to those experiences. I do treasure the friendship that was ongoing even though we missed personal contact. We have very fond memories of your family and times shared together. Continued love & prayers, Wes & Bev - Posted by: Wes & Bev Schindel (Friends) on: Jun 13, 2016
